About the Client

(Est. 1994) The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) is a membership organisation representing more than 15,000 real estate professionals nationwide. They specialise in all facets of real estate including residential sales, rural, auctioneers, business brokers, commercial and industrial sales and leasing and residential property managers.

Data Model

As part of Data Wrangling, we were consolidating various datasets in Canterbury to understand what factors correlate with housing prices. We then got in touch with REINZ, they found our project useful and so we continued working with them on a data model that can eventually be joined with REINZ internal dataset of real estate data.
